Lash Size Guide

Every Mink N' Matte tray is labeled with three numbers: diameter, curl and length.

Diameter (thickness)

  • 0.03 to 0.05 mm: ultra-thin, for mega volume, soft fans and spikes
  • 0.06 to 0.07 mm: volume and hybrid fans with a natural look
  • 0.10 to 0.12 mm: light classic sets, for thin or fragile natural lashes
  • 0.15 to 0.18 mm: classic sets (0.15 is the most popular)

Curl

  • J and B: minimal to natural curl, popular for bottom lashes and Anime lashes
  • C: the most popular curl, with a noticeable lift
  • CC and D: extra curl for doll eye and dramatic looks
  • LC: straight base with a sharp lift, popular for hooded eyes
  • M: extreme lift for a fox eye effect

Length

  • 4 to 9 mm: short, for inner corners and natural enhancement
  • 10 to 12 mm: subtle, natural length
  • 13 to 15 mm: dramatic length for clients who want more
  • 16 to 18 mm: ultra-long, best used sparingly
