Mish Esthetics Inc. is not responsible for any shipping issues, including lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. For any delivery concerns regarding your package, please contact your local USPS office or your international postal carrier directly.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including payment information, shipping address, and selected items, are accurate before completing checkout. Incorrect information may result in delays, returned packages, or additional shipping charges if the package is returned to Mish Esthetics Inc.

If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us at info@mishesthetics.com within 48 hours of placing your order so we can assist you promptly.

Free Shipping Policy

Orders that qualify for free shipping are eligible for return in accordance with our return policy. However, if an order is returned for reasons unrelated to product defect, damage, or an error on our part, the original outbound shipping cost incurred by Mish Esthetics Inc. will be deducted from the total refund amount, even if the order initially qualified for free shipping.
