Pristine Reset 2.5 is a professional pH-balancing shampoo designed specifically for lashes and brows after chemical processing. With an acidic pH of 4–5, it gently cleanses away residual product while helping return chemically processed hair to a more balanced acidic environment before the final conditioning step.

Used after Step 2 of the Pristine Lift System, Reset 2.5 combines gentle cleansing with hydrating and conditioning ingredients to help leave lashes and brows feeling soft, flexible, conditioned, and refreshed after a lash lift or brow lamination.

WHY pH RESET MATTERS

Lash lift and brow lamination treatments temporarily alter the hair structure and expose the hair to changes in pH during processing. Proper post-treatment cleansing and pH rebalancing are important parts of completing the chemical service.

Pristine Reset 2.5 provides a dedicated post-neutralization reset step, helping remove remaining processing residue and return the hair to an acidic environment before applying Step 3.

HOW TO USE

After completing Step 2, apply Reset 2.5 to the lashes or brows and gently cleanse to remove remaining product residue. Rinse thoroughly with water, then proceed to Step 3.
